For our client in the chemical industry located in Canastota, NY, we are currently seeking a full-time Shift Production Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Monitoring the assigned production line during production

Conducting error analyses, documenting and initiating problemsolving measures
Ensuring a smooth shift handover
Creating shift schedules and assigning tasks to employees
Training new employees
