  • Management of the department responsible for maintaining green spaces and playgrounds with approximately 150 employees
  • Personnel, organizational, and budget responsibility for the area, including ensuring safety
  • Responsibility for maintaining attractive public green spaces and providing safe playgrounds
  • Conceptual development of new processes and work techniques for maintaining green spaces
  • Management of work processes, including decision-making on personnel deployment and outsourcing
  • Ensuring occupational safety by optimizing existing risk assessments
  • Establishment and development of a playground register
  • Financial controlling in the area of personnel
