We are currently seeking the following qualifications for our stationary elderly care facility in the Bad Friedrichshall area:

  • A fulltime facility manager.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and controlling the facility's finances
  • Employee retention and management
  • Development and support of all staff members
  • Occupancy management
  • Maintaining relationships with authorities, doctors, and regulatory agencies
  • Point of contact for residents and their families, etc.

Your qualifications:

  • A degree in nursing or healthcare management
  • Alternatively, a nursing education with completed training in facility management
  • Professional and leadership experience in elderly care
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent customer and employee orientation
  • Teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility
