Principal


Responsibilities:

Take ownership of individual project elements and contribute to the design, development, and support of electronic and electromechanical products.

Utilize your expertise in electrical engineering to create and test electrical, electronic, and electro-mechanical models. Provide manufacturing support and collaborate with global design teams across different time zones. Work on cross-functional teams and engage with international colleagues to create prototypes and develop new products. Manage logístical challenges associated with global collaboration and diverse cultures. Balance short-term production needs with long-term design project deadlines.

Experience

1-5 years of professional experience in electronics product design, sensor design and integration, and manufacturing, preferably with control product design experience.

Strong hardware design skills with knowledge of firmware. Valve/flow control industry experience is preferred. Proficiency in PCB design tools, Freescale, Microcontrollers, Kreil, and Code Warrior. Familiarity with programming languages such as C, C++,.NET, and assembly. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
