- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 2 + year's experience or more with a proven track record in New Business Development (or a strong interest)
- Local and national account contacts are a huge plus
- Experience selling to Human Resources and/or up-to C-Level Suite is highly desirable
- Open to almost any industry
- OPEN to B2B Sales experience in the Service Industry desired
- Must be proficient in professional phone etiquette and face-to-face client meetings
- Experience with building strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
- Since this is considered B2B Sales, a "thick skin" is needed to be successful
- Must be able to be in the office the Coral Gables office on a regular basis as well in the field locally
- Must have reliable transportation to make sales calls and to be on-site in the office
- Must be comfortable with a full Background check and drug screening
- Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and challenges.
- Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
- Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
- Obtain Job Orders from new and existing clients with signed MSA's and maintain relationships with dedicated recruiters
- May need to attend during and after-hours networking events and respond to urgent client correspondence.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager- Sales -to join our team based in Coral Gables, Florida.
