    Salary (DOE) with an uncapped commission structure from New Business and business from your current clients. Estimated at OTE- $100K-$180K++ first year; $ 220K+ 2nd year ++ ( Rock Stars are in the $300K-$400K annually).     Job Description
    We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Manager- Sales -to join our team based in Coral Gables, Florida. You will be responsible for expanding our client base, fostering business relationships, and driving revenue growth for ttg Talent Solutions. You will utilize a combination of face-to-face meetings and phone outreach to engage with clients. A proactive "hunter" mindset will be essential in driving our sales efforts forward.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • 2 + year's experience or more with a proven track record in New Business Development (or a strong interest)
    • Local and national account contacts are a huge plus
    • Experience selling to Human Resources and/or up-to C-Level Suite is highly desirable
    • Open to almost any industry
    • OPEN to B2B Sales experience in the Service Industry desired
    • Must be proficient in professional phone etiquette and face-to-face client meetings
    • Experience with building strong networking and relationship-building skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
    • Knowledge of staffing and recruitment processes is a plus.
    • Since this is considered B2B Sales, a "thick skin" is needed to be successful
    • Must be able to be in the office the Coral Gables office on a regular basis as well in the field locally
    • Must have reliable transportation to make sales calls and to be on-site in the office
    • Must be comfortable with a full Background check and drug screening
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the staffing industry.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique staffing needs and challenges.
    • Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
    • Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to clients.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
    • Continuously analyze and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies.
    • Obtain Job Orders from new and existing clients with signed MSA's and maintain relationships with dedicated recruiters
    • May need to attend during and after-hours networking events and respond to urgent client correspondence.
    Compensation
    Salary (DOE) with an uncapped commission structure. Estimated at OTE ( on target earnings) 100K-$180K++ first year;$ 220K+ 2nd year ++ ( Rock Stars are in the $300K-$400K annually)
