- At least 3 years of professional experience as a foreman in the relevant field

Responsibilities:
- Interface between construction planning and execution
- Management and allocation of skilled workers on the construction site
- Monitoring of construction work for quality and adherence to deadlines
- Monitoring of work progress and optimization of construction processes
- Personnel, equipment, and material disposition in coordination with the construction manager
- Coordination of subcontractors
