Join our team for turnkey construction in Nabesna, AK We are currently seeking a student (m/f/d) to work on and create a final thesis (Bachelor's or Master's) in the field of Lean Construction.

Your topic:

Designing a modular learning simulation based on flow planning and flow control: In order to effectively implement Lean Construction methods in a company, it is helpful to emphasize theoretical training content with practical and tangible elements.

This can lead to a deep and sustainable understanding of the methods. Simulations can illustrate how a method works and the value it creates. In order to appeal to various disciplines, the simulation should be modular. Based on a real project, modules will be created for the areas of structural, interior, and civil engineering.

The goal of this thesis is to develop a modular 3D or BIM-based training for flow planning and flow control.

The result will be a functional training simulation including all necessary documents and supporting materials.
