    ABOUT THE POSITION:

    Join us as a Tax Director/Partner focusing on Professional Services, where you will lead strategic tax planning and consulting services for clients in industries such as law firms, PR, and media. Your role involves overseeing a team of tax professionals, offering expertise in navigating complex tax regulations, optimizing tax structures, and ensuring compliance with laws. This position requires a deep understanding of industry-specific tax matters, strong leadership skills, and the ability to nurture client relationships.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develop and implement tailored tax strategies for professional services firms.
    • Oversee tax compliance processes and stay abreast of tax law changes.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic tax advice and identifying optimization opportunities.
    • Lead business development initiatives to expand the client base.
    • Provide mentorship to tax professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Assess and mitigate tax-related risks for clients.
    • Contribute to industry conferences and share insights on tax trends.
    • Build strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.

    Experience:

    • 12+ years of tax experience in professional services industry.
    • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws.
    • Experience in leading and managing tax teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
    • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office suite.

    Compensation:

    • Competitive annual salary in the range of $220,000 to $500,000+, based on experience.
