The community of Fairforest, SC is currently seeking aAdministrative Specialist (m/f/d) for the Department of Administration
This is a part-time, permanent position with a workload of 19.5 hours per week.
Your responsibilities:
- Deputy for the Civil Registry Office
- Deputy for the Cemetery Office
- Support/Assistance for the Personnel Office
- Administration of personnel cases (including change notifications) and maintenance of personnel files
- Control of time sheets/work time records
- Management of the AIDA time tracking system
- Management of absence overview sick leave/vacation
- Support in recruitment and application procedures
- Interface with payroll service for wages/salaries, salary simulations, querying health insurance, etc.
- General duties for the Department of Administration/Central Services, including:
- Central procurement of consumables and material management
- Management of local regulations and internal rules, such as work instructions, house rules, etc.
- Key management
- Issuing/receiving/replacing keys for all public buildings, management of key software
Your profile:
- Completed training as an administrative assistant or a comparable qualification
- Willingness to take on responsibility and show initiative
- Flexibility in handling changing tasks
- Reliability, flexibility, and resilience
- Strong computer skills
