    Founded in 1981, Muhlbauer, Inc.

    Operates both as a consultant and manufacturer of automation solutions for smart card and label industries, providing their services to private companies and governments.

    The company's solutions enable users to manufacture various types of chip cards, including ID, contact, and dual interface cards, as well as multimedia cards and smart labels for access control and supply chain management.

    Muhlbauer's equipment is used to personalize Virginia Driver Licenses as well as licenses in other states in order to protect documents against counterfeiting and alteration.

    Muhlbauer, Inc. seeks to hire a Field Services Technician located in the Washington, D.C. area to install, troubleshoot, and provide training on machines and systems. The ideal candidates have skills in electronics, mechanics, pneumatics, and software. Candidates would also be proactive, self-motivated, and organized with their work.


    Job Duties and Responsibilities:
    Installation of the machines and systems (in house and at the customer site)

    Acceptance and training for the systems at the customer siteReparation and maintenance of running systemsProduction and hotline supportFollow appropriate procedures for each service eventComplete appropriate written documentation and feedback for service interventionsJob Requirements:
