To expand our team, we are currently seeking a dedicated
Object Manager (m/f/d) for the University Hospital in Halle (Saale), Clarion, IA.

This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week.


Your responsibilities

  • You ensure that quality requirements in hospital cleaning are met
  • You organize and monitor all operational processes in maintenance, operating room, special, and disinfecting cleaning
  • You are responsible for managing and coordinating your own team, consisting of a maximum of 40 people
  • You ensure that hourly requirements are met and contribute to quality assurance
  • Developing recommendations for improving your area of responsibility is also part of your job
  • You are the contact person for the client and users of the hospital complex

Your profile

  • You have completed a vocational training in the field of building cleaning
  • You can provide a clean extended criminal record check
  • You are proficient in common hardware and software
  • You have leadership experience and are an empathetic team player
  • You are reliable, dedicated, and motivated
  • You have a strong customer and service orientation
  • You are willing to work at least one, but a maximum of two weekends per month
