- Proven experience (3+ years) as a support engineer or similar user facing role with a focus on Jira and Confluence.
- In depth understanding of Jira and Confluence, including advanced features and admin capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity working with Bitbucket is highly desirable.
- Scripting and automation skills are highly desirable.

This position is 100% remote.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Support Engineer with expertise in Jira and Confluence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, addressing queries ranging from project configuration changes and user access request to the creation of new projects.
This role requires a deep understanding of Jira and Confluence, as well as excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Essential Job Functions
Project configuration:
Handle requests for changes in project configuration, ensuring that these changes meet the business requirements and comply with company policies.
User management:
Manage user access, roles, and permissions.
New project/space creation:
Create new projects and setup workflows based on the requirements.
Continuous improvement:
Regularly review and suggest improvements to the Jira and Confluence setup to enhance performance and user experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other IT and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to user support.
