- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
- Create and execute scalable, repeatable, and measurable processes.
- Define optimal performance metrics and performance management programs required to ensure sales and operations organization success.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for the basement waterproofing division.
- Uphold and enforce rigorous quality control standards to ensure the delivery of the highest quality waterproofing systems.
- Monitor industry trends and implement best practices to stay at the forefront of basement waterproofing technologies.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in a leadership role within the home services, construction or waterproofing industry.
- Demonstrated experience managing a full P&L and driving financial performance.
- Experience leading multiple locations and new office expansion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and quality assurance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
- A natural ability to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
- Strong negotiation, mediation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong knowledge and ease in understanding Salesforce, Office 365 and Business Intelligence Systems.
