    Description

    Groom Law Group is seeking a junior or midlevel associate with commercial litigation experience to join its nationwide federal court ERISA practice. Our firm's extensive experience, collaborative approach, and proven record of success make us the leaders in benefits, retirement, and health care law. The location of this position is flexible and can be structured as a remote work arrangement. Candidates are encouraged to submit a resume, transcript, and writing sample.

    The litigation associate would represent clients in class actions and other complex litigation matters related to the management and administration of retirement and healthcare plans, as well as investigations by federal agencies.

    Employee benefits experience is a plus but is not required. Candidates with relevant experience, strong analytical skills, superior academic credentials, and exceptional writing ability are encouraged to apply.
