    New York, NY & Washington DC law firm seeking an experienced full-time Patent Litigation Associate

    Our client is a patent litigation firm seeking a 2-5 years patent litigation associate for their New York or DC office. Law firm experience and a technical or science degree are preferred as well as an interest in cases relating to technology or life sciences.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school
    • Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction's bar.
    • Possess litigation experience focused on technology or life science patents
    • Self-starter with an interest in working with technology or life science companies

    The ideal candidate has outstanding academic credentials, patent litigation experience, a strong work ethic, and superior written and oral communication skills.

    Location: New York City, 10017 or Washington, DC, 20006

    Position: On-site with option of hybrid (2 days from home)

    Start: ASAP

    Salary k
