As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for hiring, managing, training, and motivating the SERVPRO office team. You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage Job File Coordinators (3)
· Manage Office Administrators (1-2)
· Accountable for coordinating with Mitigation Team for daily scheduling and dispatching
· Drive operational excellence to achieve KPMs
· Oversee and monitor compliance of job files, corporate uploads, and estimates
· Ensure fulfillment of the training and development plans for the office team
· Monitor and drive positive customer experience
· One week of on-call rotation every 6-8 weeks for documenting and dispatching emergencies
· Serve as a point of contact for customers addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
· Responsible for maintenance of customer databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information
· Monitor insurance program compliance program
· Lead on Stom events
o Including customer response file documentation, logistics, travel accommodation, etc
· Other tasks as assigned
Position Requirements
High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
At least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies
This is a role in a fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
