    **Shop Manager**

    Naples, FL, USA Req #300 Friday, January 21, 2022 POSITION OVERVIEW:

    Service Manager directly manage s our shop team. Serves as Team leader responsible for the operations and production of the branchs s hop department from point of sale through implementation and customer retention. Sets service level expectations and requirements and strategizes how to meet or exceed standards of customer satisfaction.

    KEY FACTORS FOR SUCCESS:

    Directly manages shop team.

    Responsibilities include hiring and performance management.

    managing the overall performance of a team;

    providing leadership by fostering a safe working environment;

    successful resolution of customer related issues;

    performing goodwill of customers at the customer site while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction;

    achieving sales, profit, inventory and payroll goals; managing a budget and dealing with operational issues that affect service.

    Hands-on support of direct reports includes accompanying our service representatives or visiting customers when necessary, to assist in the pick-up and delivery of products or services; driving a company-owned vehicle to and from customer locations; lifting, carrying and walking products in and out of customer accounts while maintaining world-class service and goodwill to customers;

    performing managerial duties.

    SKILLS WE ARE SEEKING:

    Responsible for following all written & verbal operation procedures regarding all NFP business

    Manage, supervise, and train all warehouse staff as needed, presently one person besides yourself.

    Distribute all the tools and materials to the NFP field staff as needed, making sure they sign it all out for tracking purposes.

    Perform general building maintenance for the NFP building.

    Perform routine oil changes and tire rotations for all NFP vehicles and trailers.

    Manage the repairs with outside vendors for all NFP vehicles and trailers.

    Perform routine maintenance on all NFP tools and equipment.

    Manage the GPS vendor to have the hardware installed and removed from NFP vehicles as needed.

    Perform the receiving of all materials and count the items as needed to approve the packing slips and turn them in to the purchasing manager.

    Restock the excess jobsite material back onto themselves and turn in a material credit sheet to purchasing.

    Perform deliveries to pickup and drop off materials and tools from suppliers and job sites as needed using the NFP truck and trailers.

    Required:

    Valid driver's license

    High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

    5+ years of customer service experience recommended

    Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience
