    Description

    What's the role?:

    Team:
    The HERE WeGo team brings world class HERE products and services to the consumer market. Were a team of around 20 engineers, designers and product people, fully equipped to bring state-of-the-art location technology to consumers world-wide via our HERE WeGo for Mobile and Web.

    As an intern/ working student, you will be part of the voice of HERE WeGo, responding to our users across the world.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • General customer support activities for all HERE WeGo products
    • Ensure user satisfaction through effective communication and case resolution
    • Identify and bring up emerging product or user dissatisfaction issues
    • Work with internal tools for case tracking and issue resolution
    • Work with Quality Assurance and Product teams
    • Prepare and maintain the knowledge base FAQs and other documentation
    • Monitor app stores (iTunes, Google Play, etc.) and reply to customer requests
    Who are you?:
    • You are passionate about helping uers make the most of HERE products.
    • You are a phenomenal communicator who can represent the company to its customers.
    • Experience in the B2C customer support field is a plus.
    • You can set priorities, tackle problems, and handle tight deadlines.
    • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required, and knowledge of Arabic, Turkish, Polish, Serbian, or other languages would be a plus.
    • You are currently enrolled at a local university (Berlin/Brandenburg) and want to gain some work experience in a leading international tech company.

      This is a 20-hour/week working student contract for 6 months.
