The Corporate Investment Services department is responsible for the establishment and ongoing management of investment structures in various fund products within the Universal Group. They oversee transactions, act as the central point of contact for all investment-related matters, and represent the interests of the Universal Group shareholders. We are currently seeking a working student (m/f/d) to support this department.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the management of our investment portfolio
  • Preparing and maintaining investment data in a database
  • Researching and compiling information related to corporate administration (e.g. presentations, resolutions, or summaries of facts)
  • Participating in the structuring and restructuring of real estate and real asset investments

What you bring to the table:

  • You are currently enrolled in a degree program in law, business law, economics, social sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or private equity is desirable, but not required
  • You have excellent communication skills in German and English and are proficient in common office programs
  • You possess strong organizational skills, a goal-oriented and independent work
