Director’s Office Intern Sep 2022- Dec 2022

Whitney Museum of American Art, New York

● Provided general administrative support for the Director’s Office, including dealing with mailings, editing,

and replying to emails, answering phones, scheduling meetings, greeting guests, managing invoices and

expenses of the office, and maintaining the office space.

● Assisted the Director: managed calendars and gallery lists, recorded monthly expenses using SAP Concur,

wrote the monthly financial report of the office, vetted personal letters and publications sent to the

director, and helped with the Director’s confidential research.

● Managed Museum Trustee Issues: packed and sent out over 100 gifts and greeting letters to trustees,

utilized the Raiser’s Edge to maintain the information, prepared for trustee meetings, and greeted trustees

when they visiting.

● Liaised with artists and cooperated with their confidential performances: discussed with them when and

where their performances would take place.

● Prepared the holiday cards for recipients of 1000+; printed 500+ envelopes for the holiday cards;

proofread the addresses and names of the recipients of 500+.

● Copied and scanned 100 pages of publications for the Director per week.

● Printed and organized 500 pages of publications for the Curatorial Department per month.
