    What You'll Do:

    • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and exceptional service, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate building materials solutions.
    • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends, enabling you to provide expert guidance and advice to customers.
    • Order Management: Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
    Requirements:

    • Sales Oriented: You have a passion for sales and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role, with experience in building materials sales preferred.
    • Building Materials Knowledge: You possess a strong understanding of building materials and construction techniques, allowing you to effectively assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects.
    • Excellent Communication: You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can effectively communicate technical information to customers of varying levels of expertise.
    • Detail-Oriented: You have strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering accurate and thorough service to customers.
    • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are committed to supporting your colleagues and contributing to the overall success of the team.
