    Responsibilities:

    • Customer Interaction: Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive communication and outstanding service, comprehending their requirements and suggesting suitable building material solutions.
    • Product Expertise: Acquire a profound understanding of our product line and keep abreast of industry trends, enabling you to offer expert advice and guidance to customers.
    • Order Handling: Deal with orders accurately and promptly, ensuring on-time delivery and customer contentment.
    • Issue Resolution: Deal with customer queries and resolve any concerns or problems swiftly and professionally, ensuring a positive interaction at all touchpoints.

    Qualifications:

    • Sales Driven: You are passionate about sales and possess a proven track record of success in customer-facing positions, preferably with experience in building material sales.
    • Construction Materials Acumen: You hold a solid grasp of construction materials and techniques, allowing you to effectively aid customers in choosing the appropriate products for their projects.
    • Effective Communication: You exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills and can convey technical information to customers of varying expertise levels.
    • Attention to Detail: You possess keen attention to detail and take pride in delivering precise and thorough service to customers.
    • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are dedicated to assisting your team members and contributing to the collective success of the team.
