CDK Global is hiring a full-time Performance Consultant with Accounting experience within an automotive dealership environment. This is a field-based position that will require up to 90% travel annually. Travel is Monday through Friday on a weekly basis.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience Automotive dealership industry experience especially Sales, CRM, F&I is required.
Prior experience working in a retail dealership environment using CDK Drive
Able to help clients maximize desired business results based on key metrics and coaching on increased utilization of their CDK Dealer management system.
Responsibilities:
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), implement best practices, workflows and key metrics.
Consult with executive level management to evaluate business goals, dealership (group) strategies and consulting visit objectives.
Evaluate dealership knowledge and their current level of process and product utilization.
Work individually or partner with Executive Coach to identify process workflow gaps and create solutions and best practices that drive dealership efficiency, system utilization, margins, sales, productivity, and revenue.
Provide solution training via:
one-on-one coaching; one-to-many coaching; and presentations to dealership senior management.
Training includes, but is not limited to, CDK product education and setup changes, business workflows, and best practices that correspond to the workflow/process improvements being implemented.
Manage recurring contracts to ensure services are scheduled and delivered in the appropriate time frame.
Complete paperwork and Action Item trip reports in designated timeframe.
Required Skills:
Subject Matter expertise to implement best practices and Team Metrics for Sales, CRM and F&I.
Salary Range:
$69,000 - $80,000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Compensation packages are based on several factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, certifications, and work location.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
