    Job description

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    Salaried hours) mental health therapist to work with adults and children dealing with the impact of cancer by providing individual, couples and/or family counseling. Locations will include the main office, one satellite office location and/or area schools as needed.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
    • Ohio LISW or LPCC - Preferred
    • Applicants within 12-18 months of receiving Ohio independent licensure encouraged to apply
    • Valid driver's license and automobile with proof of automobile insurance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Provide direct service: intake, diagnostic assessment and 3 modalities of counseling: individual, family and group
    • Provide office based and telehealth counseling to adults
    • Provide school based and office based counseling to children and adolescents
    • Coordinate client care with other service providers
    • Maintain written and electronic records as prescribed
    • Other duties as assigned

    Job Type: Full-time

    Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
