Our care services at the Charleston Group facility include full-time care, short-term care, respite care, dementia care, and care for severely disabled individuals, as well as a mobile menu.

We are currently seeking a Residential Area Manager (m/f/d) with a 3,000 euro welcome bonus*.


Your new responsibilities:
Make a real difference

  • You will assist with scheduling and conduct care and staff visits in the residential area
  • You will train new employees and lead regular team meetings
  • You will communicate and collaborate with all areas of the facility and advise, support, and assist the staff in the residential area
  • You will ensure residentoriented, individual basic and treatment care
  • You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the care process
  • You will continuously document and evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of care measures
