Job Description:
- Independent management of the department's secretariat and proactive support of the department's management
- Coordination of appointments and projectrelated scheduling
- Administration of personnel, travel, material, and thirdparty funds
- Conducting procurement and invoice management
- Organization and planning of business trips, workshops, and meetings
- Support of personnel and student affairs
- Administration and coordination of courses offered by the department
- Creation of texts and contributions for the department's website and social media platforms
Expected Qualifications:
- Successfully completed training as a secretary, administrative assistant, or office manager, or other employees with equivalent skills and experience in the areas of administration, finance, and personnel
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
- Good English language skills in speaking and writing
- Very good organizational and coordination skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
Desired Skills:
- Experience with content management systems (e.g. TYPO3)
- Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook)
