Your tasks in Elmwood, IL:

  • Whether it's air conditioning, heat pumps, or water networks: You competently manage our construction projects in the field of technical building equipment for commercial customers.
  • You plan new systems, create accurate offers, and always keep the customer's wishes and costs in mind.
  • This also includes managing material procurement and installation, as well as personnel planning, and providing expertise in areas such as measurement creation, acceptance, change management, and billing.
  • As you oversee "your" construction project onsite and provide support to our customers, you can look forward to a lot of variety.
  • With clear instructions and a good sense of tact, you coordinate our installation and construction teams as well as subcontractors.

Your profile:

  • Technician or master (m/f/d) or degree in the field of supply engineering (e.g. plumbing, ventilation, heating, air conditioning, systems or building technology, facility management, etc.)
  • Experience in project and construction management with a focus on ventilation
  • Preferably some initial leadership experience
  • Driver's license B, preferably BE
  • A friendly and reliable personality who enjoys interacting with customers, suppliers, and working in a team, and who is enthusiastic with their cando attitude.
