"MATO is a successful international company with a medium-sized structure. We offer our customers high-quality and innovative products in the fields of conveyor belt connection systems and lubrication technology. For our location in Mühlheim am Main, we are currently seeking a PART-TIME EMPLOYEE IN THE HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT (M/F/D) to join our team as soon as possible. Your working hours will be Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will organize training and further education as well as BEM discussions.
  • You will take care of time tracking and create personnel statistics.
  • You will assist with general correspondence tasks.
  • You will occasionally take over payroll processing.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, further training as a personnel specialist desirable
  • Knowledge of common software (Microsoft Office)
  • Team-oriented, reliable and independent working style
  • Fluent in German and English"
