Job Description

During your internship, you will support the HR Business Partner in the entire spectrum of local operational HR work (staffing, personnel statistics, operational integration management, support for employee groups at the location).

You will proactively participate in personnel recruiting, including creating job advertisements, screening application documents, contacting applicants, and participating in selection interviews.

You will independently coordinate measures of operational health management.

In addition, you will accompany HR projects and perform a variety of administrative tasks.

You will also proactively work on current topics, have interfaces to time management and compensation departments, be in contact with all levels of hierarchy, and convince with your strong customer orientation.

Last but not least, you will have the opportunity to further develop professionally and personally, receive feedback, and be accompanied by an experienced supervisor.
