What can you expect?

  • Support for the quality department in the continuous improvement and development of management systems (QM, QS, environmental management)
  • You will work in collaboration with individual departments to ensure that all internal processes comply with the normative requirements of DIN ISO 9001:2015, DIN ISO 14001:2015, VG96927-2, and EN, and ensure the legal and normative conformity and quality of all products, services, and processes
  • You will be responsible for handling complaints from all customers and creating 8D reports as per customer requirements, as well as documentation and final reports
  • You will plan and implement projects in the areas of QM, QS, and environmental management
  • You will be responsible for the sustainable implementation of measures from individual audits and inspections
  • You will organize and coordinate training and instruction and conduct training on process management and QM software
  • You will support the implementation of relevant legal requirements and guidelines
