BRANCH MANAGER

Status:
Salary Exempt


Overtime:
as needed


Expectation:
Minimum 40 hours per week.


Reports to:
Director of Operations-President


JOB SUMMARY


Manages the store location and CSR team engaged in selling specific, related, or general lines of DME merchandise through personal effort and cooperation of supportive subordinate team.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Plans and prepares work schedules and assigns employees to specific duties.
  • Formulates pricing policies on merchandise according to requirements for profitability of store operations.
  • Coordinates sales promotion activities and prepares, or directs workers preparing, merchandise displays and advertising copies.
  • Supervises employees engaged in sales work, taking inventories, reconciling cash with sales receipts, keeping operating records, or preparing daily record of transactions for the accountant, or performs work of subordinates, as needed.
  • Talks with customers by phone or in person and receives orders for delivery, pickup, discontinuance, maintenance, or changes in service.
  • Fills out order forms, determines charges and coverage for service requested, collects copays, and inserts data into information system.
  • Solicits sale of new or additional services.
  • Files and/or creates patient records.
  • Demonstrate the knowledge, skill, and ability necessary to recognize and provide age specific care in the treatment, assessment, and education of patients of various ages.
  • Orders merchandise and/or prepare requisitions to replenish merchandise on hand.
  • Ensures compliance of employees with established security, sales, and recordkeeping procedures and practices.
  • Answers customers? complaints or inquiries.
  • Participates in Improvement of Operational Performance (IOP) activities.
  • Participates in traditional and elearning programs.
  • Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures.
  • Works effectively with other company employees, managers, and departments.
  • Performs all job functions with Company Mission, Vision, and Goal Statements in mind.
  • Other duties as assigned.
