YOUR TASKS:

Carrying out all tasks assigned to enforcement officers for the enforcement of movable assets according to the VwVG NRW (Administrative Enforcement Act of North Rhine-Westphalia) for debtors with residence and business address in Germany; this includes in particular:
Processing orders for the enforcement of monetary claims against debtors in Cologne
Carrying out various measures according to the Administrative Enforcement Act of North Rhine-Westphalia, in particular seizures
Applying for judicial search orders and participating in their execution
Investigative activities and collecting money in the field
Processing enforcement applications for debtors nationwide

YOUR PROFILE:

You have:

Successfully completed training in a related recognized profession (e.g. commercial training) or
Successfully completed training as a administrative assistant or a successful completion of a administrative course level
