Job Summary:

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to help them develop, recover, improve, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and working.

You will assess clients' needs, create treatment plans, and provide therapy to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Evaluate clients' physical, mental, and emotional abilities
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Help clients improve their fine motor skills, cognitive abilities, and coordination
Teach clients how to use adaptive equipment and technology
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Document clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Empathy and compassion for clients
Knowledge of current occupational therapy practices and techniques
