Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

The Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities,
and other related financial activities. Advise on general financial matters as necessary and report to the
Senior Finance Manager and Chief Executive Officer on specific assigned tasks.

Support the Finance Department with the Financial records such as Assets, Income Statement & Balance Sheet accounts
Perform General Ledger account review and make adjustments as approved and necessary
Prepare and review account reconciliations throughout the month
Maintain Cash and Credit reconciliations each month
Maintain and update accounting records as necessary
Participate and contribute to Cash Planning
Facilitate new budget process based on current projects

Qualifications:

B.S or higher degree in Accounting
5+ years of industry experience Accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite products

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior use of ERP Software for Accounting is highly desired
