HERE YOU WILL WORK:


For the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Junior Accountant for our client, an innovative and long-standing internationally active medium-sized company in the machinery and plant engineering sector, in the area of invoice processing.


YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE:


  • In your role, you will support in checking, booking and posting of vendor invoices and reconcile customer and general ledger accounts
  • Afterwards, you will independently create outgoing invoices, handle payments, monitor and clarify open items on a daily basis, and carry out corresponding reminder and collection processes
  • In addition, you will be responsible for monthly sales tax returns and maintain and monitor vendor and customer master data
  • You will also be involved in the further development of reporting and related processes in the specialist departments

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • You have successfully completed your studies in business administration with a focus on finance or a commercial apprenticeship as an office management clerk
  • During your training or through a parttime job, you have already gained
