Tasks, competencies and responsibilities

  • You are responsible for planning and implementing the optimal personnel deployment and requirements, contributing to personnel development. You will be in close communication with the work package managers and employees. You will also coordinate the use of external workers.
  • You keep an eye on the entire workflow, organize the team and their tasks, and communicate within and outside the team.
  • You review time and project entries in the time tracking system and support the creation of monthly performance reports for customer projects. You are responsible for daily reporting and monitoring measures.
  • You handle administrative tasks in your area of responsibility and coordinate across locations.
  • You develop the team and support in conflict resolution.
  • You work as a work package manager (WPM) in operational project business.

Professional requirements

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
  • You communicate with appreciation and adapt your communication and information behavior to the person and situation.
