Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled entry level chemical process technician to join our team in Baytown. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is interested in learning about chemical processing. This is Entry level company will train.

Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to other assigned activities.
Oversee the production of batch processes
Continuously monitor the process parameters and identify if there are any deviations
Troubleshoot if there are any issues and notify the supervisor
Take samples when needed to the lab for analyses
Take readings on the batch sheets and update the logbook with the tasks that have been performed during the shift
Coordinates work with Supervision and other team member to complete the production process.

Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED
12 years of plant environment experience
Read, write, and speak English proficiently
Lift up to 50lbs consistently throughout a work period
Bend, stoop, reach, climb up to 100', stand, and walk for long periods of time without assistance.
Flexible to work in shifts and to work on the weekend if required
Work with Tyvek Suit and Full-Face mask during extreme conditions (inclement weather)

Preferred experience
- knowledge in various pumps, cooling towers, boilers, centrifuges and hot oil systems
