Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Manager to join our team. The Front Office Coordinator that is a versatile individual that is willing to get their hands dirty.

While this is a front office position, employee may be required to assist in deliveries, help in the plant as needed.


Required Dress Code:
Must have a front office appearance. Be professional in your appearance but able to move and conduct non-office duties. Clothing that is torn, stained, or for the evening is not appropriate. No visible tattoos or unusual piercings.

Please have appropriate hair styles that do not include unusual colors, and styles (must be manageable, professional, and clean), business casual work environment.

Must have a cheery disposition, friendly and willing to help. Customer Service attitude


Responsibilities:


  • Help with office activities, including phone systems, order entry, and data entry
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members

  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, including room reservations and catering arrangement

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination

Skills:


  • Proficiency in phone systems, order entry, data entry, and computer literacy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Customer serviceoriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
