Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician for Boilers to join our team.

As a BoilerTechnician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing various types of instruments and equipment used in industrial settings.

Your expertise will ensure the proper functioning of instruments and contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations.


Responsibilities:


  • Install, calibrate, and maintain a wide range of instruments and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions or failures
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
  • Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints
  • Test instruments using specialized tools and equipment
  • Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
  • Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
  • Proven experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and components
  • Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC)
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues
  • Experience working with high voltage systems is preferred
  • Ability to work in field service environments, including confined spaces or elevated platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Previous experience as an Industrial Electrician or CNC Operator is desirable

Pay:
$ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
