- Produce high-quality written content for communication purposes including emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring seamless management of calendars and schedules.
- Collaborate with the national accounts management team, providing support as needed.
- Assist in data center growth initiatives by researching and contacting new prospects with tailored introductions.
- Contribute to maintaining and updating the CRM database to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- A valid driving license with an acceptable driving record.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Summary
UES is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to join our Business Development team in Norcross, GA. This is a hybrid position with two days in the office and three days remote, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The Marketing Communications Specialist will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication efforts, and supporting marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of administrative skills, marketing acumen, and exceptional communication abilities.
