- Responsible for promoting and selling outsourcing services, such as IT, Finance, and Operations, to private flight departments through lead generation and follow up.
- Understand the unique needs of each client, presenting our services as tailored solutions, and negotiating contracts. The primary focus will be on expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities and market demands within the private aviation sector.
- Collaborate with the marketing and solutions teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the specific needs of private flight departments.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the management team.
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, International Business, or related field in customer care.
- 10+ years in selling outsourcing services, preferably in outsourcing to India.
- Aviation or aviation-related industry experience is highly preferred. Understanding the private aviation industry, its unique challenges, and opportunities is essential.
- Experience in outsourcing IT, Finance, and/or Business Operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively presenting our services, negotiating with clients, and building relationships.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- A strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction is vital.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- The Outsource Sales Lead should be a self-starter, capable of working independently and proactively seeking out new sales opportunities.
- Ability to travel 30%-50% domestically and 10% internationally.
