    Description

    StaffBright is actively seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager with 10+ years of experience playing a critical role in maintaining and improving the quality of products or services, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the organizations overall success

    Duties:

    Ensuring compliance, implementing quality management systems (QMS), reporting on metrics, ensuring adherence to IATF standards, etc.

    Providing guidance and training on quality systems to team

    Conducting risk assessments, reporting on metrics

    Addressing any customer complaints, and more

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Quality or Mechanical Engineering

    10+ years of experience in a related field

    Strong injection molding knowledge and experience; this person must come from working in a plant environment and be hands-on on the production floor

    Very strong leadership/management skills

    IATF, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma Principles knowledge

    APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D, etc.
