- A dminister and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central system, including user access, security settings, and system configurations to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
- Work with ERP system users and management to determine appropriate system configuration.
- Collaborate with the Dynamics team to implement updates, enhancements, and customizations ensur ing optimal operation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for system integrations, upgrades, and support.
- Plan, Test, and Execute new upgrades, patches and migrations of ERP systems before implementing in a production environment.
- Design and maintain automated workflow processes based on thorough understanding of business practices and procedures.
- Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI & Jet Reports to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance.
- Communicate with management to ensure accurate data, efficient operations, and employee satisfaction.
- Provide innovative solutions using technology to improve data recording for the manufacturing process.
- Create and manage a Dynamics BC help desk to efficiently support users.
- Analyze and troubleshoot ERP system issues reported by end users.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user guides and standard operating procedures.
- Train end-users on system functionalities, best practices, and new features.
- Perform other core ERP duties as assigned or needed
- At least 2 + years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a Dynamics BC environment.
- Strong understanding of warehouse and retail operations, with the ability to translate business needs into system functionalities.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology , or a related field is preferred. Physical Requirements - Must be able to perform the following functions with or without accommodations:
