    Job Description

    Looking for a Process Improvement Intern who's eager to tackle and streamline our business processes. You'll lead your projects from start to finish, work closely with various teams, and drive changes that make our operations smoother and more efficient.

    Responsibilities:
    • Take charge of process improvement projects from planning to rollout.
    • Lead conversations to pinpoint and fix process issues.
    • Play point on implementation and monitoring of solutions.
    • Keep track of your projects' progress and loop in your manager with regular updates
    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Educational Background: Pursuing or having completed a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
    • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
    • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of process mapping software such as Visio, Lucidchart, or specific enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate process changes and collaborate with different teams.
    • Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems and improve processes.
