COMMERCIAL MANAGER (M/F/D) WITH EXPERIENCE IN JOINT VENTURES
Location: Achern, Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Umkirch
Your Tasks
- Creating, managing and preparing joint venture contracts
- Complete commercial project management, from reviewing incoming invoices from our suppliers, partners and subcontractors to finalizing and checking invoices for clients and third parties
- Preparation of partner invoices and performance settlements with joint ventures
- Timely processing and reporting of all relevant project data
- Consideration of commercial and legal aspects and guidelines
- Reliable provision and request of all necessary certificates
- Continuous correspondence with all project participants for a smooth project flow
- Co-responsibility for the economic success of our construction sites as a sparring partner for our construction managers
Your Profile
- Completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education
- Several years of professional experience in commercial construction and in handling joint ventures
- Experience in the construction industry is advantageous, knowledge of VOB and HGB is desirable
- Good IT user knowledge in a standardized ERP system as well as in MS Office
