    Job Description

    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounts payable function to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company policies.


    Responsibilities:
    Manage the accounts payable team, providing leadership, guidance, and training.
    Oversee invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor management.
    Ensure accurate recording of accounts payable transactions in the accounting system.
    Review and approve invoices for payment, ensuring accuracy and authorization.
    Cultivate positive relationships with vendors, resolving issues promptly.
    Implement and enforce accounts payable policies and procedures.
    Conduct audits of accounts payable processes and implement improvements.
    Prepare and analyze accounts payable reports and metrics.
    Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
    years of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
    Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and practices.
    Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
