YOUR TASKS INCLUDE:


As a dispatcher at Home Instead, you are responsible for staffing our customer assignments and coordinating schedules, taking into account customer and employee preferences.


Your tasks also include:


  • Assisting with payroll
  • Assisting with planning employee trainings
  • Participating in employee retention measures

WHAT YOU BRING:


  • Completed education, preferably in a commercial field
  • Possibly previous experience in personnel scheduling
  • Willingness to learn a new, innovative system
  • Quick comprehension, high empathy, and social competence
  • Friendly demeanor
