Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the company's accounting (creditors, debtors, fixed assets, and other balance sheet/income statement accounts)
  • Participation in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to HGB and reporting to the holding company
  • Preparation and reconciliation of VAT advance returns and annual VAT returns
  • Preparation of payment runs and booking of bank statements and cash
  • Dunning of open items (debtor) in coordination with the departments
  • Timely invoicing of outgoing invoices
  • Documentation and management of documents
  • Maintenance of master data (customers, suppliers, general ledger accounts)
  • Timely processing and maintenance of open items (creditor)
