We are looking for a Restaurant Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in High Bridge, KY.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Setting up the Matrix POS cash system at our primarily Germanbased clients' locations
Training clients and their employees at our office in Hannover or onsite
Providing support to our clients via phone or remote access from our office in Hannover
Ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant management or a similar field with a strong interest in IT
Must have a valid driver's license (Class B)
Willingness to travel
Team player with strong communication skills
Ability to handle stress and work in a fastpaced environment
Customer service oriented with an open and communicative personality
Good command of English
