Your tasks:

  • As an HR professional, you will work together with your team colleagues as a competent contact person for our HR business partners and our employees for all questions related to the employee lifecycle
  • You will take responsibility for the complete administrative tasks (contract creation, contract changes, certificates, works council hearings, master data maintenance, etc.)
  • Communication with committees, authorities, and other external institutions is also part of your area of responsibility, as well as the maintenance of personnel files and topics related to time management
  • During the practical training, you can always contribute your own ideas and receive full support from us in carrying out your tasks
